This privacy policy notice is for Thornbury Musical Theatre Group and governs the privacy of those who use it or interact with the group in any way. The purpose of this policy is to explain to you how we control, process, handle and protect your personal information while browsing or using this website, including your rights under current laws and regulations. Information We Collect From You

In order to operate, conduct group business, sell tickets and provide you with information on productions that may be of interest to you we collect three classes of information about you:

"Contact information" (i.e. information that could be used to contact you such as full name, postal address, phone number and email address as well as your computer's unique IP address (if any).

"Demographic information" (e.g. postal code, hometown, gender, purchase history information as well as IP addresses that are not unique to your computer) from you.

"Financial information" (i.e. credit and debit card numbers) to process payments.

TMTG only collect personal information about you when you specifically provide us with such information on a voluntary basis. We will not share your personal information for marketing or any other purposes without your consent unless required by law.

How We Store Your Information

We do not store your information on our own databases.

Ticket purchase information is held with our ticketing third-party provider TicketSource. Please refer to the TicketSource Privacy Policy for more information.

Mailing list information (e.g. email address), where you have explicitly opted in to receive mailings is held with our mailing list provider MailChimp. Please refer to the MailChimp Privacy Policy for more information.

IP address information and other tracking information, from using our website, our ticketing provider or receiving mailings are held with Google and MailChimp. Please refer to the Google Privacy Policy and MailChimp Privacy Policy for more information.

We ensure that we and our third parties put in place reasonable security measures to protect against any unauthorised access or damage to, or disclosure or loss of, your information.

How We Use Your Information

Ticket Booking
We use your contact information, demographic information and financial information to help us efficiently perform ticket sales and other ticketing transactions. We use third-party providers to perform these tasks and we have performed appropriate due diligence to ensure the confidential handling of your information.

Contacting You with Offers and Promotions
On our website and when purchasing tickets you are given the opportunity to specify how your contact data is handled. You can request to be added to our mailing list to receive information on forthcoming events. You will only receive such communications if you have explicitly opted in to these mailings. At any point you may unsubscribe from mailings using the appropriate link within the mailing. We use third party providers to perform these tasks and we have performed appropriate due diligence to ensure the confidential handling of your information.

Tracking and Analysis
When on our website, our ticketing provider’s website and within our mailing list emails, usage statistics are collected to allow us to perform business analyses or to tailor the site, services and communications to your interests.

Other Websites

We cannot guarantee or verify the contents of any externally linked website. When you click on these links and visit these other websites, regardless of whether or not they contain our brand names, trademarks and other intellectual property, you need to be aware that we do not control these other websites or these other websites' business practices, and that this privacy policy does not apply to these other websites. Consequently, the operators of these other websites may collect different kinds of information about you, and may use and disclose that information in different ways than we would it if were collected on the site. We encourage you to review their privacy policies and advise you that we will not be responsible for their actions.

Access to Your Personal Information

If you wish to correct, update, amend or remove any information we hold about you or amend your marketing preferences, you may do so at any time by contacting webmaster@tmtg.org.uk. You can also contact our ticketing provider, mailing list provider or analytics prover directly. We confirm your details each time you book tickets with us to ensure they are current.

Additional Information

We also operate communication and engagement activities on social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). We do so in accordance with each social media platform's Privacy Policy.
